Job summary

New Engen is a digital marketing agency helping brands grow with data-driven, cross-channel strategies. We are seeking a senior analytics lead to shape measurement strategy, design robust testing roadmaps, and translate data into actionable insights for clients.

You will partner with media, BI, and client leads to ensure alignment with business goals, develop scalable measurement frameworks, and contribute to internal tooling to scale capabilities across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, measurement, or a closely adjacent field.
• Experience with MMM, geo holdout testing, incrementality measurement, brand lift studies, forecasting, full-funnel user journey analysis.
• Scripting ability in Python or R is preferred with a working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong communicator and comfortable presenting to clients and working across media, strategy, and data teams.
