Qualifications

• 5+ years in media strategy or digital advertising within an agency.
• Strong understanding of paid channels and budget allocation.
• Experience building data-driven media strategies grounded in insights.
• Familiarity with MRI Simmons, SimilarWeb, Nielsen, or Pathmatics.
• Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, curious, and adaptable in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-channel media strategies across paid social, search, video, and programmatic.
• Bridge media and creative strategy with content teams.
• Present performance narratives and testing recommendations to clients.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop full-funnel plans aligned to audience segmentation.
• Identify emerging opportunities and innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members and partner cross-functionally.
• Support growth and evolution of the media practice.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and insights.
