Job summary

New Engen, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Manager, Client Engagement in Rogers, AR to help run influencer marketing campaigns and keep clients informed. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and campaigns deliver impact across the customer journey.

You’ll grow into greater account ownership over time, with support from senior team members and opportunities to manage day-to-day execution for smaller accounts. Remote or hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, campaign management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication for client-facing interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review campaign materials for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Keep Campaigns Moving: support influencer marketing campaigns from kickoff to completion with timelines and trackers.
• Support Client Communication: manage day-to-day client updates, recaps, and approvals.
• Coordinate Across Teams: partner with Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Strategy to move workstreams.
• Manage Creator Content & Approvals: review content against briefs for brand safety and details.
• Track Campaign Performance: maintain trackers, monitor KPIs, and flag issues for Account Leads.
• Bring Campaign Results Together: compile inputs for post-campaign recap presentations.
• Grow Into Account Ownership: take on increasing responsibility with senior team support.
