Job summary

New Engen, a digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior Strategy Lead to guide influencer marketing strategy and client storytelling from data and trends. You will collaborate with Account Leads to shape campaigns, pricing, and positioning with grounded, results-driven recommendations.

You will develop strategic frameworks, lead RFP strategy, and coach Strategists while staying ahead of platform changes and competitive dynamics across a nationwide client base.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in strategy, planning, or analytics in digital/agency marketing.
• Deep expertise in influencer marketing, campaigns, creator economics, and performance metrics.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Experience developing pricing strategies and media plans within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading RFP strategy, campaign positioning, and strategic recommendations for clients.

Responsibilities

• Shape campaign strategy and pricing across accounts, developing recommendations that are strategically sound and aligned with client goals.
• Lead RFP strategy, pricing, and positioning, translating client needs into differentiated recommendations.
• Turn data into actionable insights with Analytics, identifying mid‑campaign optimization opportunities and upsells.
• Build and articulate compelling performance stories in campaign recaps, linking findings to practical next steps.
