Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement activities across managed services delivery streams and align work to customer success goals.
• Advise clients on service adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management for cloud, data, and engineering solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable support for application modernization, platform engineering, and analytics initiatives.
• Apply systems thinking to identify service risks, delivery gaps, and opportunities to improve client outcomes.
• Translate client needs into actionable workplans, priorities, and escalation paths for complex delivery environments.
• Use AI fluency, data analytics, and CRM tools to support service improvement and operational insight.
• Guide issue management and escalation resolution while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coach team members on client interaction, service excellence, and response strategies that support retention and growth.
