Passionfroot in New York City is hiring a Client Deployment Lead to embed with our top clients and deliver creator growth at scale. You’ll own client outcomes, lead the deployment team, and step in on high-priority programs when needed.

This hybrid role is based in SoHo, with relocation options to NYC. You’ll collaborate with CMOs and growth leads to drive retention, expansion, and ROI through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.

Formación

• 6–10+ years in marketing, client services, or agency leadership
• Experience running or overseeing creator/influencer marketing programs
• Experience managing large budgets and complex campaigns
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders
• AI-native or AI-curious approach to marketing

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships and growth with key accounts (CMOs, Heads of Growth, Influencer Marketing leads)
• Own retention and expansion across deployed accounts
• Lead strategic planning, program reviews, and performance conversations with clients
• Position Passionfroot as a long-term growth partner and expand deployments
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 Campaign Managers
• Set quality, communication, and execution standards
• Build systems and playbooks for scalable deployment
• Oversee end-to-end execution of high-budget creator programs ($2M+/mo across 6–8 accounts)
• Guide clients on creator selection, program structure, and creative direction
• Ensure programs align with clients' GTM and revenue goals
• Jump into execution for priority clients or complex programs
• Establish and own weekly reporting cadence across key accounts
• Translate data into clear, CEO-ready insights and narratives
• Sharpen ROI measurement and communication
• Spot opportunities to upsell and expand
• Be the senior voice between clients and product and use AI to prototype solutions
