Hi. Human Interest is an early-stage social tech startup launching in New York in January 2027. You’ll own the creative growth strategy, leading campaigns from concept to execution, and partner with a core team to turn anticipation into memberships and real-world experiences.

This equity-first role offers a paid trial sprint and a path to significant impact as the company expands beyond New York, with a focus on authentic creator relationships and fast-paced experimentation.

Formación

• Launched app, brand, campaign, or community with measurable results.
• Excellent creative instincts and understanding of internet culture and social behavior.
• Able to grow an audience and convert attention into action.
• Proactive with ownership from concept to execution.
• Commercially minded, resourceful, organized, and able to move quickly with imperfect information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creative growth strategy and campaigns for the New York launch.
• Shape promotion of host activations, in-person experiences, and awareness campaigns.
• Drive engagement, membership growth, and community momentum.
• Identify and collaborate with creators and cultural connectors.
• Support growth, attribution, conversion and retention analyses.
• Oversee product onboarding experiences and paywall moments.
