Passionfroot is hiring a Client Deployment Lead in New York City with a hybrid work model. You will own client outcomes, lead a deployment team, and actively contribute to high-priority programs.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution for top accounts in a fast-growing creator marketing platform. Ideal candidates bring 6–10+ years in marketing or agency leadership, experience with creator marketing programs, and a track record of managing large campaigns and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing or client services teams in a fast-paced agency or in-house setting.
• Proven track record managing large, multi-stakeholder programs and budgets.
• Strong client-facing communication and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and drive growth across top accounts.
• Scale deployment team, mentor 5–6 staff, and set quality standards.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of high-budget creator programs and ROI reporting.
• Define deployment strategy and influence product and GTM decisions.
