Passionfroot is seeking a Creator Program Manager in New York to own creator campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution to results. You will work with ambitious tech and AI brands, build programs from scratch, and shape Passionfroot’s product and GTM strategy with high ownership and impact.

This full-time role emphasizes delivering exceptional campaign outcomes, managing complex partnerships, and driving growth as Passionfroot expands in New York, Europe, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must have run creator or influencer campaigns (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Experience managing large campaign budgets and keeping operations moving smoothly.
• Understanding of B2B creator marketing and what works/doesn't.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at handling multiple stakeholders.
• Clear, confident, proactive communication with brands and creators.
• Enjoy owning projects end-to-end and taking responsibility for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run creator programs from 0→1 for leading tech and AI companies.
• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with top creators across platforms.
• Own campaign strategy, timelines, and delivery, keeping workflows running smoothly.
• Turn campaign data into insights, recommendations, and narratives brands care about.
• Act as the primary contact for brand partners and ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Collaborate with product team to influence Passionfroot’s roadmap and scale operations.
