Merkle, Chicago, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a long-standing retail client and serve as the primary contact across client, partner agencies, and Merkle teams. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Account Director and focuses on delivering exceptional service and value through solutions-oriented collaboration.

You will manage timelines, deliverables, and support activities to drive client success and Merkle growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years related agency experience, specifically within digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and meeting management skills.
• Experience supporting large, complex retail or enterprise clients.

• Lead day-to-day client and internal delivery team interactions.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and cross-functional Merkle teams.
• Ensure all campaign schedules, scopes, and processes are clearly defined, communicated, and followed.
• Lead internal and external client meetings.
• Manage the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all client deliverables.
• Provide leadership, clarity, and guidance to cross-functional delivery teams.
• Maintain an understanding of the broader account strategy to inform execution and team alignment.
• Communicate client goals to appropriate parties for execution.
