Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years agency experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with client-facing responsibilities and presentations.
• Knowledge of contracts and managing a SOW.
• Ability to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
• Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support or act as the primary contact for day-to-day delivery team and client.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and teams to ensure campaign schedules and processes are clear and adhered to.
• Run internal and external client meetings; responsible for daily communication with key internal and external contacts.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables.
• Continuously observe and identify areas to improve existing processes.
• Bring leadership, guidance and operational efficiencies to the delivery team.
• View of bigger picture and disseminating information to the appropriate parties for execution.
• Apply critical thinking skills to identify and mitigate potential delivery risks.
• Remain extremely focused on detail while managing multiple email campaigns simultaneously through Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
