Dentsu in Chicago is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead one of our long‑standing retail clients. You will be the primary contact for the client, partner agencies, and internal Merkle teams, driving partnership success and delivering high‑quality marketing execution.

This hybrid role reports to the Senior Account Director and emphasizes leadership of timelines, deliverables, and cross‑team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in agency settings, digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Proven success managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client and internal delivery team interactions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure campaign schedules, scopes, and processes are defined, communicated, and followed.
• Lead internal and external client meetings.
• Manage accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all deliverables.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional delivery teams.
• Maintain understanding of broader account strategy to inform execution.
