Job summary

Cox Automotive in Phoenix seeks a Sr Client Service Rep to act as the client advocate, ensuring satisfaction through ownership and precise issue resolution. You will handle a high volume of tasks, navigate knowledge bases, and maintain thorough client records across platforms.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients, dispatching vehicles, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve requests while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or the equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially via phone or email.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the client and ensure satisfaction through task ownership and timely resolution.
• Manage high volume of tasks using various resources to identify client needs and provide alternatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of conversations for handoff continuity and client profiling.
• Disperse available vehicles to clients across regions on inbound basis.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve client requests and guide onboarding status.
