Job summary

The Willis Towers Watson Client Advocate role focuses on managing a high-value client portfolio, coordinating consultants, brokers, and claims advocates to deliver seamless service. You will lead teams, align resources, and present actionable strategies for client risk management and coverage design.

Ideal candidates bring eight to ten years in commercial P&C, strong negotiation and leadership abilities, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role.
Strong knowledge of coverage forms to analyze program design and gaps.
Ability to interpret, analyze, and present analytical models.
Relationship management to leverage resources and resolve conflicts.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills for group presentations.
Strong project management for large, complex accounts.
Willingness to receive feedback and adapt, with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

Retains and manages a complex book of business while ensuring client satisfaction.
Gains deep understanding of each client’s industry, business, and objectives.
Provides strategic planning and consulting on insurance and risk management.
Coordinates delivery of the E365 Plan and Client Stewardship report.
Engages and integrates WTW resources to support the client experience.
Designs and delivers client presentations, stewardship reports, and service plans.
