• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service, creating personalized, timeless looks
• Support front- and back-of-house teams and utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities

Requirements

• Professional experience in fashion or accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Passion for fashion and creating personalized client looks with a business-minded approach
• Comfortable using retail tools and applications, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
