James Perse in Palm Beach is seeking a Part-Time Senior Client Advisor to drive client development and sales while upholding luxury brand standards. The role includes managing store operations in the absence of Store Management and delivering exceptional service to a high-end clientele.

The candidate should have retail/boutique experience with high-end goods, an established clientele preferred, and flexible scheduling to support seven-days-a-week operation.

Responsabilités

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and communicate in line with James Perse.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise visuals and store standards.
• Maintain and grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Open and close the store and conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.
