James Perse Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for our Bleecker location to drive client development and sales performance. The role requires leading by example in customer service and visual standards, and overseeing store operations in the absence of management.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, a track record of managing high-end clients, and flexibility for a seven-day operation with a strong emphasis on client experience and brand representation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in luxury retail with high-end clientele preferred.
• Availability for seven days a week operation based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications per James Perse.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain selling floor, visuals, and overall store standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects and assist with openings/closings.
