JAMES PERSE IS CURRENTLY HIRING A PART TIME SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR FOR OUR PALM BEACH LOCATION. The Senior Client Advisor focuses on client development and sales, upholding top customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations.

In the absence of Store Management, the role oversees store staff as the most senior presence. Essential duties include meeting sales targets, building client relationships, maintaining store standards, and participating in events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals and store standards.
• Maintain and grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Open and close the store and conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.
• Participate in special events and or projects as needed.
