Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide personalized recommendations, and develop new and existing client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain expert knowledge of collections, products, services, and brand heritage.
• Process transactions and service requests accurately, support inventory activities, and maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention protocols while collaborating with the store team.

Requirements

• At least two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using POS systems, clienteling applications, Microsoft Office, and mobile communication tools.
• Experience with international or multilingual clientele and bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred.
