Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in environmental science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in client accounts, sales and business development in environmental compliance.
• Travel 25-50% will be required for client-facing role.
• US Citizenship required; valid US driver's license; pre-employment driving record verification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand environmental compliance services.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships; identify new opportunities.
• Leverage an existing book of clients to generate sales and secure high-value projects.
• Work with internal teams to develop proposals, technical solutions, and service offerings.
• Negotiate contracts to align with client needs and financial objectives.
• Stay updated on environmental regulations and emerging trends.
• Coordinate across teams to provide integrated environmental solutions.
