CRC Group is seeking a Claims Senior Supervisor based in the United States to lead a team of claims adjusters and specialists. You will oversee coverage analyses, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely resolution while upholding regulatory and internal standards.

You will mentor staff, monitor workflow, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements, manage risk, and support business objectives in a dynamic insurer environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of claims handling with supervisory exposure.
• Experience with complex, high-severity claims across lines.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of claims adjusters and specialists to meet quality standards.
• Review and approve coverage analyses within authority and expedite when needed.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to staff.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and resolve escalations to meet SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies for claims.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and best practices.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and manage risk.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staffing decisions.
