CRC Group, a leading independent broker and underwriting specialty insurer, seeks a Senior Claim Specialist in the United States. You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve moderately complex property and casualty claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective results with regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold 5–7 years of claims experience, state adjuster licensure, and relevant certifications. JD optional. Regular shift, on-site in the U.S. market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of claims handling experience for property and casualty.
• Experience with claims management systems and standard office software.

• Handle a portfolio of moderately complex property and casualty claims from intake to resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering statements and reviewing policy coverage.
• Evaluate exposure and potential liability based on policy language and facts.
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits while ensuring cost control.
• Maintain documentation and reports in compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and SLAs.
• Provide responsive communication and superior service to policyholders, brokers, and stakeholders.
