You will collaborate with underwriting, legal counsel, and vendors, supervise portfolio performance, and contribute to risk management strategies through data-driven insights and market-facing activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Juris Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience required.

• Investigate environmental, GL, and excess liability claims to determine scope.
• Review policies to determine coverage and exclusions.
• Evaluate liability based on investigations, precedents, and regs.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and counsel.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on defense strategies.
• Identify cost-saving measures and manage vendors.
