Job summary

Mobilitas seeks a Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims to lead complex auto and commercial injury claims remotely across the United States. You will supervise investigations, evaluations, negotiations and conclusions, while directing workflow, budgets, and partner relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in casualty supervisory claims, a related degree or equivalent experience, and credentials such as AIC/CPCU/ICAR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Technical experience in handling claims relevant to adjuster role(s) supervised.
• High School/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Experience handling Commercial Auto, Rideshare, and/or TNC claims.
• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate in Claims (AIC), CPCU and/or ICAR designations.
• Remote anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Manages phone queues and conducts meetings for efficient operation.
• Ensures service levels through ongoing monitoring of file quality and customer feedback.
• Supports budget planning and resource management for the unit.
• Acts as liaison with commercial customers and brokers; SME for claim issues.
