Job summary

Mobilitas is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims for a remote role serving across multiple states. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, oversee first/third party files, and provide decisions on coverage and liability with settlement authority.

This role requires strong leadership in a remote, multi-state environment. You will manage staffing, ensure policy compliance, and work with other departments on process improvements while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Technical experience in handling claims relevant to adjuster role(s) supervised.
• HS/GED or equivalent customer service experience in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow of claims.
• Ensure staffing levels meet department standards and supervise multiple shifts remotely.
• Provide technical expertise to adjusters and approve coverage/liability decisions.
• Act as claims liaison to build relationships with partner clubs in multiple states.
