Job summary

Mobilitas is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims to oversee complex auto and injury claims across multiple states on a remote basis. You will supervise first and third party files, evaluate coverage, and approve settlements within authority.

This remote role requires 3+ years of casualty supervisory experience, an adjuster license in applicable states (or within 90 days), and strong leadership to develop staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience.
• Adjuster license for applicable states or obtained within 90 days.
• Experience with Commercial Auto, Rideshare, and/or TNC claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow of claims across states.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Insurance regulations.
• Provide guidance and settlement authority on complex cases.
• Lead staffing and performance of the claims team.
