Job summary

Mobilitas is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims – Remote to oversee complex auto and business injury claims across multiple states.

The role involves supervising claims workflows, evaluating coverage questions, and guiding settlements within authority, while coordinating with partners and brokers. The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years of casualty supervisory experience, hold or obtain state adjuster licenses within 90 days, and excel in a remote, fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work remotely across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Monitors goals and targets for staff to meet department objectives.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage issues and liability outcomes.
• Manages phone queues and workload distribution.
• Acts as liaison for commercial customers and brokers to build relationships.
