Mobilitas is seeking a Supervisor for Commercial Casualty Claims to oversee complex auto and casualty claims nationwide, remotely. You will supervise investigations, negotiations, and the workflow across multiple states, guiding staff and ensuring high service levels while managing costs and compliance.

You will act as a liaison for partners and brokers, mentor staff, and contribute to process improvements through data-driven analysis and QA reporting.

Competenze

• 3+ years supervisory experience in casualty or bodily injury claims.
• Experience handling Commercial Auto, Rideshare, or TNC claims.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred.
• Associate in Claims (AIC), CPCU and/or ICAR designations.
• Willing to work remote across the United States.

Mansioni

• Supervise complex auto and casualty claims, including litigation file handling.
• Oversee investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow of claims; ensure policy coverage decisions are sound.
• Manage budgets, resources, and cost controls for the business unit.
• Act as liaison with partners and brokers to build relations and improves processes.
• Produce QA reports and support process improvements across shifts.
