Job summary

Mobilitas seeks a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims to lead complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states from a remote setting. You will supervise first and third‑party claims, evaluate coverage, and provide guidance on settlement authority.

You will manage team performance, QA, and cross‑department collaboration while ensuring compliance with Insurance Department regulations. A license or eligibility is required, with relocation not needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Technical experience in handling claims relevant to adjuster role(s) supervised.
• High School (HS)/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Ensures staffing and budgets align with department goals and service levels.
• Acts as liaison with partners and manages multi-state remote operations.
• Provides training and coaching to staff, conducts performance appraisals, and supports hiring decisions.
