Job summary

Mobilitas, a CSAA Insurance Group venture, is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims – Remote.

You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, providing decisions on coverage and settlement authority while guiding a virtual team to meet service standards. The role requires 3+ years of casualty supervisory experience, an active adjuster license, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Provide coverage decisions and settlement authority on varied cases.
• Manage workflows, staffing, and performance against department goals.
• Liaise with partner states, brokers, and clients to maintain relationships.
• Lead process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
