Job summary

Mobilitas is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims for a remote role in the United States.

You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, make coverage decisions, and guide settlement authority while leading a distributed claims team. Ideal candidates have 3+ years supervisory casualty claims experience, active adjuster licensure, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of filling position as a condition of employment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Associate in Claims (AIC), CPCU and/or ICAR designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Manages staffing, budget, and cross‑department collaboration for efficient operations.
• Provides guidance and settlement authority on complex cases.
• Acts as liaison for commercial customers and brokers to build relationships.
• Travels as needed for role and enterprise meetings.
