Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Senior Multi-Line Claims Specialist to handle commercial auto liability and first-party collision/physical damage claims for national accounts. This remote role requires expert investigations, high-value claim handling, and strict adherence to client instructions and standards.

You will manage reserves, coordinate with attorneys and clients, and oversee litigation-exposed files while delivering superior service and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-line claims adjusting experience.
• Active Adjuster License required, NY license also required.
• Experience handling commercial auto liability and first-party collision/physical damage.
• Litigated claims experience with attorney involvement.
• High-value bodily injury claims handling is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex multi-line claims.
• Manage commercial auto liability and first-party collision/physical damage files.
• Establish reserves and provide recommendations within authority.
• Assess liability, damages, injury exposure, and litigation risk.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, claimants and vendors.
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely diary/file activity.
• Monitor high-exposure and litigated claims per standards.
