CCMSI is seeking an experienced Senior Multi-Line Claims Specialist to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex multi-line claims for national accounts. The role focuses on commercial auto liability and first-party collision/physical damage, including litigated and high-value bodily injury files, with full remote work in the U.S.

You will establish reserves, develop strategies, and coordinate with attorneys and clients while maintaining CCMSI claim standards and client-specific

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-line claims adjusting experience.
• Active Adjuster License required.
• Active New York Adjuster License required.
• Experience handling commercial auto liability claims.
• Experience handling first-party collision/physical damage claims.
• Experience handling litigated claims, including files involving attorney representation.
• Experience managing high-value bodily injury claims.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust complex multi-line claims in accordance with standards and laws.
• Manage commercial auto liability and first-party collision/physical damage claims from assignment through resolution.
• Establish reserves and provide reserve recommendations within approved authority levels.
• Evaluate liability, damages, injury exposure, medical documentation, and litigation risk to develop claim strategies.
• Negotiate settlements in line with standards and client instructions and state regulations.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, claimants, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Review and maintain claim documentation, diary management, and timely file activity.
• Monitor litigated and high-exposure bodily injury claims with compliance to reporting standards.
