Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Remote Auto and General Liability Property Damage Claim Adjuster reporting to the Chicago region. The role handles full lifecycle multi-line claims with a focus on accuracy, timely communication, and sound judgment.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year. Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years of multi-line claims experience, an active homestate license, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years multi-line claim experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Must hold active homestate license

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with established standards and laws.
• Establish reserves and provide reserve recommendations within authority levels.
• Review/approve medical, legal, damage estimates and invoices; negotiate disputed bills for resolution.
