Progressive is seeking a senior claims specialist to investigate and resolve injury claims, including high-risk cases. You will consult with police, medical professionals, claimants and others to determine coverage, liability and claim value.

This is a hybrid role, with four days per month in the office for meetings and coaching, and optional extra in-office time. Excellent negotiation and client service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree
