As a claims specialist on our team, you’ll play a critical role in our ability to successfully and efficiently resolve large-loss injury claims valued over $60k. This is a hybrid role; report to an office about four days per month for meetings, training, and collaboration, with additional in-office days available if desired.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling OR
• Three years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree OR
• Five years of relevant work experience with three years in claims handling and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Investigating intricate and high-risk claims, which may have some litigation features.
• Consulting with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Gathering information used to determine coverage, liability and the total value of the claim.
