The position focuses on investigating high-risk injury claims, including attorney-represented cases, and coordinating with police, medical professionals, claimants and others to assess coverage and liability.

Qualifications

• Five years in relevant work experience with two in claims handling
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree
• Four years in relevant work with two in claims handling and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Investigate high-risk injury claims, including attorney-represented cases
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals and claimants
• Determine coverage, liability and total claim value
