• 2-5 years of experience in claims adjustment, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel for claim investigations.
