The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree or higher, with 1+ year claims experience or Travelers training, and an active adjuster license where required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher; relevant licensure where required.
• 1+ year of bodily injury or property damage claim experience or completion of Travelers training.
• Active adjuster license as mandated by state law.
• Experience with claims systems and office software.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an active caseload of injury and property damage claims from first notice of loss to resolution within authority.
• Investigate claims by contacting relevant parties to determine coverage and liability; establish reserves.
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers, attorneys, and vendors.
• Negotiate settlements and issue payments within authority; handle low-complexity litigation.
• Maintain accurate claim activity records and adapt to new technology or tools.
