Job summary

Jones Logistics is seeking a Senior Claims & Risk Manager to lead the management and resolution of workers' compensation, auto liability, general liability and property claims across our Dedicated Transportation and Warehousing divisions. You will partner with Safety, Operations, HR, Finance and external partners to ensure effective handling, appropriate reserves and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Safety, Finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing workers' compensation, auto liability and/or transportation-related claims.
• Experience working with TPAs, insurance carriers, brokers and outside counsel.
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing and workplace risk exposures, claim litigation, reserving and multi-state workers' compensation.
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA and OSHA regulations, including OSHA recordkeeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of workers' compensation, auto liability, general liability, property and freight claims across dedicated transportation and warehousing operations.
• Coordinate with TPAs, carriers, brokers and counsel on complex claims and litigation strategy.
• Develop and execute risk management strategy and insurance renewal processes to reduce total cost of risk.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to lower losses, reserves and claim costs.
• Lead claim reviews, trend analysis and KPI tracking with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and state workers' compensation requirements.
