Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Risk Insurance Manager to lead risk identification, claims resolution, and insurance compliance across our 3PL operations.

You will manage end-to-end claims across multiple lines and drive robust risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in insurance/risk management are required, with preference for CPCU/ARM/CRM and warehousing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in insurance and risk management.
• Knowledge of logistics insurance, multiple coverage lines, and policy language interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain corporate insurance programs including negotiating premiums, deductibles, and terms.
• Serve as the primary contact for brokers, underwriters, and claim adjusters, providing authority and directing claim funding.
• Oversee claims across General Liability, Auto/Trucking, Cargo, Warehouse Legal Liability, Property, Cyber, EPLI, Professional Liability, and Workers' Compensation.
• Manage bond requests and COI programs.
• Lead the annual Corporate Risk Assessment process to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare insurance submissions, allocate insurance charges across cost centers, and handle reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, and HR to enforce internal controls.
