ICW Group is seeking a seasoned Manager Claims to lead the Claims Support Services team and drive operational excellence across the department. You will ensure timely, compliant handling of workers’ compensation claims, mentor supervisors, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and policyholder outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years’ workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with multi-state claims and high-volume caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims lifecycle for workers’ compensation and ensure timely, compliant handling.
• Lead team of Claims Support Services Supervisors to deliver operational excellence.
• Drive performance metrics and collaborate with internal stakeholders to reduce costs.
• Ensure strong customer and stakeholder engagement with policyholders, brokers, providers, and legal partners.
• Support audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
