Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a Manager of Claims Support Services to lead a team of supervisors and deliver high-quality workers’ compensation outcomes. You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across departments to reduce costs and improve injured worker results.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years’ claims experience, and supervisory experience. Travel may be required; a strong data-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of workers’ compensation claims experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in claims.
• Experience handling multi-state claims and high-volume caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Claims Support Services Supervisors to drive service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs like claim duration, reserve accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Risk Management, and Safety to address claim drivers.
• Manage budget, resources, and performance; develop team members.
