Job summary

ICW Group, a leading insurance carrier, seeks a Manager Claims to lead the Claims Support Services team and drive operational excellence across workers’ compensation claims. You will ensure regulatory compliance, control loss costs, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes through cross‑functional collaboration with underwriters, safety, and medical providers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of workers’ compensation claims experience, and at least one year of supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of workers’ compensation claims experience required; at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Certifications in IEA/WCCP/CPCU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling.
• Lead a team of Claims Support Services Supervisors and develop future leaders.
• Drive operational excellence and implement process improvements across the claims function.
• Partner with Underwriting, Risk Management, Safety, and other internal teams to support policyholder retention.
