Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Adjusters’ license or legal license in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years of claims handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles claims in multiple jurisdictions with moderate complexity and exposure.
• Reviews policies, analyzes coverage, and drafts coverage position letters.
• Sets reserves and participates in mediations and special projects.
• Delivers excellent customer service to insureds and supports team members.
