Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist for a hybrid role based in California. You will investigate complex injury claims, including attorney-represented cases, and consult with police, medical professionals, claimants, and others to determine coverage, liability, and total claim value.

The role reports to an office about four days per month for collaboration and training, with in-office options for more days.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved to determine coverage, liability and value of the claim.
