Progressive is seeking a senior claims specialist in California to resolve injury claims, including complex and high-risk cases. You will investigate, consult with police, medical professionals, claimants and others, and assess coverage, liability, and total claim value.

This is a hybrid role with monthly in-office collaboration; you’ll receive coaching from a supportive team and can work more in-office if you prefer.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims, including attorney-represented cases.
• Consult with police, medical professionals, claimants and others to gather information for the claim.
• Determine coverage, liability and the total value of the claim.
