Job summary

Progressive seeks a Senior Claims Specialist to investigate complex, high-risk injury claims and determine coverage, liability and total value. You will engage with police, medical professionals, claimants, and others, guiding claims to resolution.

This hybrid role requires reporting to an office about four days per month for meetings and coaching, with option for more in-office work. Location includes Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, Lubbock, McAllen, San Antonio.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Determine coverage, liability and total value of the claim.
