Progressive seeks a senior claims specialist to investigate complex injury claims, including attorney-represented cases, to determine coverage, liability and claim value.

The role is hybrid, with four in-office days per month for meetings and training, plus flexible options to work more on-site if preferred. Candidates bring extensive claims handling experience and outstanding negotiation and customer service skills.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling OR
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree OR
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree

Aufgaben

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims, including attorney representations and litigation features.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others to gather information for coverage, liability and claim value.
• Collaborate in a hybrid office setting with monthly in-person meetings, training and teamwork.
