• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims, including attorney-represented cases
• Consult with police, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident
• Determine coverage, liability and total value of the claim
• Coordinate with legal teams and adjusters to resolve claims efficiently
